Andal Krishnan

Andal Krishnan has a Master of Science in Training and Development fromUniversityofLeicesterand a Postgraduate TESOL Diploma fromSheffieldHallamUniversity.She  is a member of the UK Society for copy editors and proof readers. Among the books she has edited are Marina Mahatir’s “50 days” and ‘Her Voice” (MPH)

Andal’s work has taken her toSingapore,Dubai, andIndia. Her career as a trainer started inSingaporewhere she worked with the Adult Education Board. Subsequently, when she came toMalaysia, she set up Comprehensive Enrichment Centre specialising in communication courses and modules for Technical Writing, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills at the Workplace. Her services are much sought after by master and PhD students for academic writing courses  to prepare dissertations and theses in science and technology. She also coaches senior ranking officers, one – on – one, in writing of proposals and reports for Management Board and Stakeholders meetings Her expertise includes the ability to diagnose language needs and customise the modules. Billy Ong

Billy brings into the consultancy field his immense depth in marketing and sales that spans three decades in diverse industries. A Chartered Marketer (UK) by profession, he now imparts his wealth of experience and knowledge to the next generation of marketing professionals as a lecturer not only in strategic marketing programme but in export marketing as well. His lecturing experience also includes a 2-year part time position with the Instituteof Technology MARAlecturing in the Diploma of Tourism Administration.

Prior to embarking into his present venture, Billy spent seven years in the banking sector, the last attachment being BSN Commercial Bank as Manager of Consumer Banking before heading the bank’s marketing team in product development.

He has also held many senior positions in major corporations such as:

His most notable achievement was his involvement in the turning around of the RM 52.0 million Kelab Darul Ehsan (Selangor Darul Ehsan) in the last recession. He also participated in the charting of the deposit growth for Perwira Affin Bank. Other notable achievement – the recipient of the CEO Book Award at BSN Commercial Bank for his outstanding contributions in strategic planning for the bank.

Besides having been a Council Member of the Malaysian Association of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Malaysian Society For Training and Development (MSTD).

Billy is a certified consultant/trainer of Butler Associates Inc (Ohio, USA)  and is also a certified trainer in the CITIBANK’s customer service programme at BSN Commercial Bank.

Marziana Mohd Zain

Marziana, a Certified Professional Coach (ICA-ICF ACTP),  comes from a background in people capability development and the management of human resources , with a total of 23 years hands on experience. Her engineering experience compliments her passion in the science of human resources capability development, mainly through executive coaching and training programs. Her achievements acclaimed the recognition from the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia for the successful implementation of Multi client e-learning System for a manufacturing organization.

Suresh has conducted numerous Coaching workshops, to date about more than 100 workshops over the 4 years he has being appointed as an Executive Coach for the Government Organization, Suresh is also actively involved in One on One Coaching for the Command and Staff College students and he has conducted numerous coaching assignment  with WDA (MOM) abd Panasonic Asia Pacific Limited.

Development, Delivery and Assessment in Coaching

Suresh is instrumental and the first pioneer in Singapore to develop the Certified Workplace Coach (CWC) program in Jan 2009, which is customized for Institute for Adult Learning (IAL)  under WDA MOM where the program is delivered for Management and leaders ranging from CEO, Asst CEO, Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors and Principal Managers and as part of the CWC , he also created  a coaching practicum, where Suresh is the Assessor for all the Coaches who have completed their CWC (WDA officers) at their workplace which is part and parcel of the course requirement

Shariffah Anisah Syed Idrus’s wealth of experience in training and development gleaned from working for prominent organisations namely Celcom, TMNet, Telekom Malaysia (TM), BSN, KASK Access Inc. and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad. Since commencing her career, she has progresses through a variety of management positions to firmly establish herself as an influential and highly respected, multi-skilled trainer, facilitator and consultant.

Shariffah Anisah started her career as Product Trainer at Mobile Services Division, Celcom. After 5 years, she moved on to become Trainer/Facilitator at Telekom Training College, focusing on soft-skilled programs such as Core Values Program (Mission and Vision), Team Building and Change Management. When she was conducting the Core Values Program, she trained almost 5000 TM employees.  Shariffah Anisah moved on to become the Training Manager at BSN before joining KASK Access Inc Sdn Bhd.  Shariffah Anisah gained her consultancy experience while becoming Senior Consultant at KASK Access Inc Sdn Bhd. Dr Sashee has extensive sales and leadership experience, where as Marketing Manager of a leading MNC, he successfully managed over 12 different products, and a team of 20 branch heads and over 100 sales people, grossing an annual turnover of RM80 million, for sales and distribution to both domestic and international markets.

Dr Sashee then began his career in training and consultancy with Mercuri International, an internationally recognised training organisation, where he conducted various sales competency and sales management development programs in the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently managing his own consultancy practise – Paradigm Learning – Dr Sashee believes in making a difference in participants learning through his personalised, practical and dynamic approach to make training an enjoyable and valuable experience.
